@meanrainbow you haveto realise, some people who do TEN TIMES as hard workouts WITH EQUIPMENT only loose about 5 pounds a month, so yeah

Wow, i did, even taking 30-60 breaks between each one, and i was really slow doing each exercise and i am absolutely tired as crap. Sweat is drenched down my face, my heart is pounding, and im breathing really heavy. Damn, that was the best workout i have done like this month. Im so out of shape rofl.
