Be aware of the incentives to lie about this incident.
The government has the incentive to downplay the risk… to the extent they are corrupt, and they wish re-election.
The government also has an incentive to exagerate the risk..,. to the extnet that they are corrupt, and they wish re-election… if any of their campaign contributions from from oil and banking.
Just be aware. There still may be enough evidence to draw a conclusion… but don’t get blindsided.
