      this is the best video on you tube and on the internet i have seen that i actually believe will work, especiallly with all the good feedbacks from the comments… i will totally start doing this…. could we use other objects to replace the weights? cause i dont have any of those here at home(im 15 and broke)

      @Zakk4TW You would need to find something that would work well. It would need to weight the right amount for you. It would need to be symmetrical. It would be too hard to hold if it wasn’t balanced. You would need a good grip on it. You don’t want to hurt yourself. Why don’t you just go make some money? It’d be easier to make some money somehow then to make your own weights.

      @killaboy188 You’re 13, so you’re not done growing yet. I wouldn’t really worry about fat or not fat. What you DO need to do, however is make sure you are eating healthy foods and getting exercise. Your body is going through a lot right now, so you need to make sure you are getting in all the nutrients your body needs.

      It’s kinda like when your on a run interval training is in sections like:
      Walk for two minutes
      Then walk faster (2mins)
      Then jog (2mins)
      Then a fast jog (2mins)
      And then a run. (2mins)
      ^^ and then you repeat this
      Interval training is when you do exercise in INTERVALS which are time based like the thing i just showed you; it is proven to make your work outs better by 32% or something like that 🙂
